Hello!
Well... I think it's a good picture, you used the third rules (I call it so, you cut the picture in thirds horizontally and vertically and there, where the cutlines cross should be some important picture element). But I think this photo would be better if it was wide format, not high format, because of the street.
I also like the perspective.
